I have applied the sensor. Why can't I see the blood glucose curve right away in the app?

After you applied a new sensor it might take a few hours for the sensor to calibrate.

Please try the following if you can not see any data after a few hours:

  1. Did you use the same email address for both apps?
  2. Do you have the practice ID connected? Click here to check how to do that.
  3. Do you have Bluetooth and internet connection/ WIFI activated?
  4. Reach out if all these are fine and still don't see data after 24hrs.
