After you applied a new sensor it might take a few hours for the sensor to calibrate.
Please try the following if you can not see any data after a few hours:
- Did you use the same email address for both apps?
- Do you have the practice ID connected? Click here to check how to do that.
- Do you have Bluetooth and internet connection/ WIFI activated?
- Reach out if all these are fine and still don't see data after 24hrs.
