How and when can I cancel my subscription?

We would be sad if you were to end your membership, but you can still cancel it at any time for the following billing period.

You can update your membership through "Manage Subscription" in our webshop. Please use the email address that you used for purchasing the subscription.

You can also manage your membership in the Hello Inside App on your profile.
