I already have an ongoing subscription but can't access premium features. What can I do?

If you have an ongoing subscription please check if you have created your account on the webshop with the same email address you use for the Hello Inside App. Please make sure you set up these accounts with the same email so we can connect your membership with the app.

If these email addresses are the same you will be able to access premium features right after your purchase. You don't need any activation code, link, or email.

In case the email addresses do not match please try to change the email address in the shop portal to the one you use in your Hello Inside App to help us connect your accounts.
