The sensors are water-resistant and can be worn in the shower, while swimming, and while exercising. However, the manufacturer doesn’t recommend swimming with it on for more than 30 mins or diving deeper than 1 meter.

Also, bear in mind that you should not take off the sensor and re-apply it. It's a single-use device. Once the sensor has been removed, it can't be re-applied.
