IS MY FACE IMAGE STORED?
No. The video of your face is only used for the duration of processing and then immediately deleted. Once your measurements have been calculated, no footage exists on our servers anymore.
What remains stored are exclusively your results — numbers like heart rate, HRV, and stress score. These are saved anonymously and cannot be linked back to your face.
HOW IS MY IDENTITY PROTECTED?
When uploaded, your video is referenced only by a random internal number — no name, no email, no direct link to your identity. After analysis, the video is deleted and the number becomes meaningless. All that remains is an anonymous result dataset.
WHERE IS MY DATA STORED?
Exclusively in EU-based data centers. There is no data transfer to the US or any other third countries.
IS MY DATA SHARED WITH ANYONE?
No. Your data is not shared with third parties, not sold, and not used for advertising. Hello Inside processes your data solely to provide the service.

DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MY IMAGE RIGHTS?
The face video is deleted immediately and automatically after analysis — it is not stored in a database, not indexed, and not recoverable. Technically, your face is nothing more than a short-lived input signal for the measurement, not a stored recording.
