If you haven't connected the Practice ID yet, follow these steps.

Please open your LibreLink app:

1. Open the top left menu.
2. Scroll down and tap on "Connected Apps".
3. Tap on "LibreView".
4. Add our Practice ID: "helloinside". The Practice ID in Switzerland is "helloinside-ch".

After you follow this step, it will take about 20 minutes for you to see your data in the Hello Inside app.

Note: It is important that you use the same email address for both apps when registering so that we can connect the accounts.
