What if the telehealth provider doesn’t approve my order?

If our partner, a licensed telehealth provider, determines that CGM isn’t medically appropriate for you, you will receive a refund. While we want everyone to experience Hello Inside, your safety is our top priority. The telehealth provider may decline orders if:

  • You have a medical condition that makes CGM unsafe
  • You’re taking medications that interfere with CGM accuracy
  • There are other contraindications
