Which functions does the Hello Inside App have?

Daily overview & day score

  1. Daily curve: This shows your blood sugar curve so you can understand the effects of your lifestyle choices and see what is happening in your body.
  2. Day score: The day score shows you a number between 0 and 100. 
  3. Day score and sub-scores: In the day score overview, you can compare the scores from the last 7 days at a glance.
  4. The day score is now also broken down into its individual values: time in range, maximum glucose, adaptability, and variability. The sub-scores help you identify what is working well and where there is room for improvement.
  5. Daily access to the program: If you want to quickly switch to your current program, you can do so via our easy access on the daily overview.

Meal logging

  1. Meal Score: Your meals are rated on a scale of 1-10. This value is calculated based on your average and maximum glucose levels. This feature allows you to see how your body reacts to different meals.
  2. Expert tip: Based on your meal, you will receive information with tips on how to improve your next meal. To activate this feature, you must add ingredients.
  3. Meal composition: Based on the ingredients you select, you will receive a breakdown of the macronutrients in your meal. Again, you must add the ingredients for this feature to work.
  4. Ingredients: You can quickly and easily select your ingredients from a list and specify an approximate serving size.

Coaching

  1. Navigation: The coaching display provides an overview of all the programs you currently have access to.
  2. Program progress: Here you can see at a glance which programs you have worked on so far and easily track your learning progress.
  3. Experiments: Our experiments help you understand how your body reacts differently to food and lifestyle choices, as well as to small changes in these areas.
  4. Programs: The program details give you an overview of all the lessons in your current program and also show you whether you have already completed them.
  5. Recipes: Our recipe section offers you an overview of what you can cook and try out to ensure you are eating optimally.
