What is my Momentum?

Your Momentum shows you every day at a glance whether today's behaviour is supporting your body. Instead of a bare number, you get honest, motivating feedback on how well your habits are working for you today.

Good to know: You see your Momentum on days when no CGM data is available. If you wear a sensor on a given day and glucose data comes in, your glucose curve takes centre stage that day and your Momentum is not shown.

How does your Momentum work?

Your Momentum looks at four areas of your daily life and brings them together into one overall reading. Each draws on what you contribute through the app, the Face Scan, and your connected wearables:

🛌 Sleep – duration, quality, and how consistent your bedtime is.

🍽️ Nutrition – how well you hit your personal macro targets, your number of meals, and your eating window.

🏃‍♀️ Movement – steps, active minutes, strength training, and movement after meals.

🧘‍♀️ Stress – your mental stress and energy balance from the Face Scan, plus mindfulness and breathing exercises.

If one area is missing, it's never counted as zero. Your Momentum simply spreads the weight across the data that's there. And the more you log and scan, the clearer your picture becomes.

What counts the most?

Today has the biggest influence on your Momentum, and overall your last 5 days flow in too. You build Momentum over several days, but a single weaker day can't undo everything. That keeps your focus on your next good decision. 😊

How do I influence my Momentum?

Your Momentum uses what you log. The more often you log your meals and snacks and do a daily Face Scan, the clearer your picture gets. What matters most is what you do today, but your recent days flow in as well. That way you see not just a single day, but your Momentum across the past few days.
