Why do I not see data in the Hello Inside App?

After you applied a new sensor it might take a few hours for the sensor to calibrate. Please try the following if you can not see any data after 24 hours:

  1. Did you use the same email address for both apps?
  2. Do you have the practice ID connected? Click here to check how to do that.
  3. Do you have Bluetooth and internet connection/ WIFI activated?
  4. Reach out if all these are fine and still don't see data after 24hrs.
